Description
Auburn University is seeking a service provider to offer cultural, historic, and archeological resources support services to the Environment and Natural Resources Division at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The scope of work includes project management, Section 110 of NHPA support, archaeological field evaluations, and review and update of plans and agreements. Optional tasks include library digitizing and preservation and treatment plans for specific archaeological sites. The project requires the contractor to provide comprehensive support for Fort Belvoir's Environment and Natural Resources Division to meet compliance requirements for Army Regulation 200-1, Department of Defense Instruction 4715.16, the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), and the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA). Key personnel, including a Program Manager and Alternate Program Manager, must be designated. All personnel performing work under this contract must be U.S. citizens and possess the necessary qualifications. The period of performance is from September 15, 2026, to September 14, 2027.
