Description
The National Park Service requires the fabrication and installation of nineteen (19) in-ground, low-profile cantilever style wayside bases. This project also includes the removal of nineteen existing wayside bases and the disposal of sixteen bases. The work will be performed across four locations in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: Independence National Historical Park, Thaddeus Kosciuszko National Memorial, Edgar Allan Poe National Historic Site, and Gloria Dei Church National Historical Site. The contract is a firm-fixed-price award anticipated to be made to the responsible, responsive contractor submitting the lowest price quote. This acquisition is a competitive total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 339950 (Sign Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The magnitude of this project is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. The performance period is expected to be 150 calendar days from award.
