Description
The Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority is soliciting bids for renovation of the boiler room and installation of two boilers at Levy Gardens. The opportunity uses a two-step submission process requiring both two physical bid copies and an electronic pricing submission through the designated procurement website; submitting only one component will make the bid nonresponsive. A pre-bid conference and site visit are scheduled at the project facility. Women- and minority-owned businesses are encouraged to participate. The solicitation states that questions must be submitted in writing through the procurement website and that contact with other housing-authority staff may result in rejection of the proposal.
