Description
The City of Fort Myers intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Hydra Service, Inc. to supply IRP Peerless pumps for process control and compliance. The notice states that the supplier holds exclusive rights to the product. Suppliers who believe they can provide a comparable product may submit product information, qualifications, or capability information for consideration; responses are for determining whether a competitive procurement should be conducted and will not be treated as bids, proposals, or quotes.
