Description
The Pasadena Area Community College District is seeking competitive quotations for a complete, brand-neutral virtual reality training simulation system supporting two simultaneous trainees. The turnkey solution must include immersive VR headsets, instructor-controlled scenarios, simulation devices, software and licensing, networking equipment, charging equipment, cables, a transport case, and related accessories. Equipment must be new and current production, and equivalent products may be proposed with sufficient technical documentation. The supplier must furnish, deliver, install, configure, test, and provide at least four hours of initial user training. The quotation must include freight, labor, travel, installation, documentation, a minimum one-year hardware warranty, and a minimum one-year software support and maintenance commitment. Required response information includes a completed price schedule, technical compliance matrix, manufacturer/model information and technical literature, delivery lead time and installation schedule, warranty and support details, and an authorized signature. The quotation must remain valid for at least 90 calendar days.
