Description
The Defense Logistics Agency Maritime Puget Sound is conducting a sources-sought market survey for an anticipated indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity requirement for plastic polyethylene tarpaulins. The attached data identifies multiple National Stock Number line items with varying dimensions and thicknesses, including off-white tarps with brass grommets and gray, flame-resistant tarps meeting NFPA 701 requirements. Certain items require “FR” markings at approximately 24-inch intervals and size markings at all four corners; other specifications include grommet or eyelet spacing, color, thickness, and commercial preservation and packing. Respondents must provide a tailored capability statement, organizational and ownership information, vendor CAGE code, manufacturer information, country of origin, and completed pricing information in the attached spreadsheet, including base-year and four option-period unit prices to two decimal places. This is a voluntary sources-sought request rather than a solicitation for proposals, and no award is being made at this stage.
