Description
Santa Clara Valley Water District is purchasing one new, complete Sandbag Store TE12SE-A stainless steel automatic sandbag filling and sewing system, or an approved equal. The system must include a two-cubic-yard stainless steel hopper, discharge spout, sewing table, digital controls, air compressor, pneumatic bag clamps, dual agitators, integrated sewing equipment, and a manufacturer-stated one-million-bag warranty. The equipment must be factory assembled, new and unused, and delivered complete with manufacturer documentation and warranty information. This is a goods-only procurement covering packaging, freight, insurance, and delivery; field installation, construction, commissioning, system integration, and ongoing maintenance are excluded. Bidders must submit the required electronic bid forms and supporting materials through the procurement portal, including the bid form, questionnaire, references, disqualification questionnaire, non-collusion declaration, conflict-of-interest disclosure, local business enterprise certification, W-9 certification, and any applicable approved-equal documentation.
