Description
The City of Hermantown is soliciting a contractor for the Reinke Road Sanitary Main Extension Project. Major work includes sanitary force main and sanitary service installation, water main construction, lift station construction, erosion control, and final stabilization. The project requires compliance with Minnesota Department of Transportation and City of Hermantown construction specifications, prevailing-wage requirements, applicable permitting requirements, and responsible-contractor requirements. Bidders must provide experience on at least two comparable road reconstruction, sanitary main, and water main projects. The successful contractor must furnish five-percent bid security and payment and performance bonds, each equal to 100 percent of the contract price, and complete the work by November 20, 2026.
