Description
City Colleges of Chicago is seeking a single managed services provider for its PeopleSoft enterprise environment hosted on Amazon Web Services. The scope includes managed AWS hosting and infrastructure support; PeopleSoft HCM, Financials and Supply Chain Management, Campus Solutions, and Interaction Hub operations; break/fix support; Oracle Database administration; application enhancements; API and integration support; ServiceNow incident and change management; platform maintenance and patching; identity, SSO, MFA, and network connectivity support; operational reporting; and integrated DevSecOps and security operations. The selected provider must demonstrate substantial PeopleSoft, Oracle Database, AWS, higher education or public-sector, and security experience. Mandatory qualifications include at least five years of PeopleSoft managed-services experience, two active PeopleSoft managed-services engagements, AWS Advanced Tier Partner status, AWS Modernization Competency, Oracle on AWS Competency, current SOC 2 Type II certification, relevant AWS and Oracle certifications, and a dedicated Oracle DBA. The contract is intended to run for a 36-month base term with two one-year renewal options. Proposals must include technical and management narratives, qualifications and references, named key personnel, service-level commitments, pricing, financial and compliance materials, insurance documentation or an insurance commitment statement, MBE/WBE participation materials, ethics and disclosure forms, an IRS W-9, and addenda acknowledgment.
