Description
The South Tahoe Public Utility District is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified consultants for on-call construction support services. These services are primarily for construction management and inspection, but also include special inspection and materials testing for water and wastewater utility capital improvement projects. The District intends to keep this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) open for SOQ submissions for five years, with qualified consultants potentially remaining on a list for that duration. Successful consultants will operate under a Master Services Agreement, with work authorized through scope-specific Task Orders anticipated over approximately ten years.
