Description
The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service is seeking a firm-fixed-price, non-personal commercial service purchase order for a one-year InformaCast maintenance and support subscription. The contractor must maintain active coverage for all licensed endpoints and provide software updates, patches, bug fixes, version upgrades, technical support, troubleshooting assistance, subscription-renewal documentation, and notifications of major releases. The solution must remain compatible with the existing Voice over Internet Protocol infrastructure and licensed endpoints, support uninterrupted emergency and operational notifications, and comply with applicable federal, HHS, IHS, and cybersecurity requirements, including IPv6 compatibility. Services are to be performed remotely. Award will use lowest-price technically acceptable procedures, with technical capability, past performance, and price evaluated; the acquisition is set aside for 100% service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses.
