CITY OF LINO LAKES ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA WELL NO. 7 RAW WATERMAIN EXTENSION GENERAL NOTICE City of Lino Lakes (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of Well No. 7 Raw Watermain Extension. Bids for the construction of the Project will be received online through QuestCDN vBid™ until Thursday, October 29, 2026, 10:00 AM local time. Immediately following expiration of the time for receiving bids, representatives of the City of Lino Lakes will publicly view Bids at an online Bid opening meeting. Those interested in viewing the online Bid opening are welcome to join the meeting by logging on to https://zoom.us/join or calling 309.205.3325 and entering Meeting ID 966 3884 8054 and Passcode 501859. The as-read online Bid results will be available at www.questcdn.com following the Bid opening. The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 1 L S Dewatering 1 L S Water Manhole 1 EA Hydrant 3 EA 6”, 12” and 24” Gate Valve and Box 655 L F 6” to 24” Watermain (DIP and PVC) 1100 LBS Ductile Iron Fittings 1 L S Temporary Traffic Control 1 L S Restoration The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Lino Lakes shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The work includes furnishing labor and materials for dewatering; a water manhole; one hydrant; 6-inch, 12-inch, and 24-inch gate valves and boxes; approximately 655 linear feet of 6-inch to 24-inch ductile iron and PVC watermain; approximately 1,100 pounds of ductile iron fittings; temporary traffic control; and restoration. Bids must comply with Minnesota Statutes Section 16C.285 regarding responsible contractors. Official bidding documents, addenda, and submission requirements are available through the designated electronic bidding service. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive irregularities.
