Description
Williamsburg County Public Service Administration is soliciting construction bids for improvements to existing water-system connections under the Country Club Road Water Line project. The work includes installation of approximately 3,573 linear feet of 8-inch PVC waterlines and all related work and appurtenances. The project is funded in whole or in part through the Community Development Block Grant Program and is subject to applicable federal requirements, including System for Award Management registration, Davis-Bacon and related labor requirements, Title VI, the Anti-Kickback Act, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, Section 3 requirements, and Build America, Buy America requirements. Bidders must provide one original and five copies, with bid-security requirements specified in the Information for Bidders.
