Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quotation for three endless slings, NSN 3940-01-503-8375, under purchase request 7014346276. The requirement includes a government first article test: one unit must be delivered within 90 calendar days after contract date for testing, and production delivery is specified as 140 days. The first article must be maintained at the production facility until production quantities are completed and accepted. The slings require origin inspection and acceptance, ASTM D3951 packaging, MIL-STD-129 marking and labeling, and compliance with applicable DLA technical and quality requirements. The solicitation identifies export-controlled technical data, requiring approved Joint Certification Program certification and authorization to access the data.
