Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a quotation for five shifter forks for vehicular applications, NSN 2520-01-228-5459, part number 5191258-2, manufactured by General Dynamics-OTS, Inc. The requirement is for a supply item with delivery in five days after award, FOB origin, and destination inspection and acceptance. Packaging must comply with the stated DLA requirements, including applicable hazardous-material packaging, ASTM D3951 commercial packaging, MIL-STD-129 marking, and palletization requirements.
