Description
Oregon Metro is conducting Step One of a two-step invitation-to-bid process to prequalify contractors for repairs to the St. Johns Landfill Bridge. The bridge provides access across the Columbia Slough to the landfill and associated utility and operational infrastructure. The work is intended to assess and repair the existing bridge in accordance with federal and state standards, increase its capacity to support a single 17-ton vehicle, and restore vehicular access. Only bidders that prequalify in Step One may participate in Step Two, when Metro will consider price bids. The solicitation package includes the Step One bid document and Exhibits A through H.
