Description
Loudoun County Public Schools is seeking one or more contractors to provide ongoing athletic field lighting services at various school facilities. The scope includes system assessments, inspections, testing, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, emergency and non-emergency repairs, alterations, retrofits, removal and replacement of poles and fixtures, new lighting installations, procurement of materials, and documentation through the school system's computerized maintenance management system. The contractor must provide qualified Virginia-licensed electricians, a dedicated project manager, trained personnel and equipment for elevated work and direct boring, and all required cranes, lifts, traffic-control resources, permits, and safety measures. Work includes Musco and Whitco systems, with services for poles up to 100 feet. The contract is structured as an initial period beginning at award with four additional one-year renewal options. Proposals must include technical and management narratives, at least three similar references, organizational and staffing information, a recent audited financial statement, the completed vendor data sheet, proprietary-information form, pricing schedule, certificate of insurance, and W-9.
