Description

The Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers seeks leased light digital production equipment and full-service support for its business and training requirements. The requirement includes two black-and-white production units operating at least 300 duplex impressions per minute, one black-and-white copier/duplicator operating at least 135 impressions per minute, three color copier/duplicators operating at least 100 impressions per minute, and one wide-format color printer/copier/scanner accepting 36- to 42-inch media. The black-and-white and color production units must come from the same original equipment manufacturer; the wide-format system may use a different manufacturer. The equipment must include required paper-feed modules, high-capacity stacking, finishing, punching, stapling, booklet finishing for color units, operator attention lights, workflow software, licenses, network connectivity, accessibility features, and specified memory and paper-capacity requirements. The wide-format system must provide CMYK output, color scanning at no less than 600 x 1200 dpi, automatic cutting, and at least 600–650 feet of capacity per roll. The contractor must provide delivery, installation, configuration, connectivity, five consecutive business days of in-person operator training, preventive maintenance, repairs, service calls, software support, consumables including staples but excluding copying paper, and end-of-term removal. Technicians are subject to applicable government security and access requirements. Service calls require on-site response within four hours, and equipment must maintain at least 95% monthly availability. Quotes must include pricing for every CLIN, assumptions, a proposed implementation timeline meeting the required installation date, company information, and a retailer authorization statement if applicable. Selection is based solely on price. The revised response deadline is September 14, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. EDT.
