Description
The project requires furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials to mill and resurface Amelia Olive Branch Road from State Route 125 to Old State Route 74 and Clough Pike from Bach Buxton Road to Amelia Olive Branch Road in Batavia Township, Clermont County, Ohio. Limited full-depth asphalt repairs, pavement planing, asphalt surface work, manhole adjustments, traffic control, temporary and permanent pavement markings, safety-edge installation, and related incidental work are included. Bidders must be prequalified by the Ohio Department of Transportation for the necessary work types, comply with prevailing-wage and federal-aid requirements, and perform at least 30% of the original contract price with their own organization. The engineer's estimate is $947,297.00, the completion date is August 2, 2027, and the bid requires a 100% bid guaranty and contract bond or an alternative 10% certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit. A performance and payment bond of at least 100% of the contract amount is required. The project also includes federal EEO, SBE, Buy America, Davis-Bacon, insurance, workers' compensation, and other compliance requirements.
