Description
Greenwood Utilities is soliciting proposals for construction to replace 115 kV transmission structures. Proposals must follow the Form of Proposal requirements in the specifications. Contractors submitting proposals over $50,000 must provide their Certificate of Responsibility number on the proposal and the envelope; for proposals of $50,000 or less, the envelope must state that fact. Electronic proposals must be in PDF format and contain the same information and forms as hard-copy proposals.
