Description
The City is seeking a contractor to provide the labor, equipment, and materials needed to install and integrate owner-furnished equipment at the East Hydro and Bush Park substations. Work includes installing two 69 kV-to-4.16 kV power transformers, a 4.16 kV metal-clad switchgear building, 69 kV circuit switchers at both sites, and a 69 kV high-side breaker at East Hydro. The scope also includes foundations and structural modifications as needed, bus and component upgrades, conduit, terminations, protection and control wiring integration, testing, verification, and commissioning. The owner will furnish all equipment. Bids must include a certified check or bid bond of at least 5% of the proposal amount. A pre-bid conference and site visits are scheduled; further bid-submittal and qualification requirements are in the Instructions to Bidders, which are not included in the provided package.
