Description
The Hamilton Housing Authority is soliciting sealed bids from licensed general contractors for interior renovations to approximately eight units at its Vina facilities. Bidders must include a copy of their current general contractor’s license and either a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the bid. The awarded contractor must comply with HUD Section 3 requirements. Performance and statutory labor and material payment bonds are required at contract signing, not with the bid. Bids must use the proposal forms furnished by the architect in the project manual. The project site must be reviewed before bidding; the units will be available for inspection only during the November 5, 2026, pre-bid meeting and site review. The authority plans to award to the lowest responsible bidder.
