Description
Bynum Independent School District is soliciting proposals for a fully managed, leased lit-fiber Internet access solution for Bynum School. Proposed bandwidth options must range from approximately 500 Mbps to 5 Gbps, with bids requested in increments of 500 Mbps, 1 Gbps, and 5 Gbps. The scope includes installation and initial configuration, maintenance, and technical support. Proposals must identify eligible and non-eligible services separately, include bandwidth scalability during the contract term, comply with applicable E-Rate and Texas Education Agency purchasing requirements, and include voluntary extension options unless the service is month-to-month. Vendors must complete the attached Bynum_C1 Vendor attachment form. Any special construction charges should include an installment-payment option of up to four years.
