Description
The U.S. Navy is soliciting a firm-fixed-price purchase order for equipment and parts to refresh end-of-life audio-visual and video teleconference systems. The requirement includes Webex room bars with navigators, USB-over-CAT5/CAT6 extenders, 12U rail kits, power strips, labeling cartridges, raceway and surface-raceway components, Category 6 cable, RJ-45 plugs, a modular plug crimp tool, HDMI cables, and USB cables in the specified quantities. The contractor must purchase and deliver the equipment, provide standard original-equipment-manufacturer warranty coverage, and provide loaner equipment if covered equipment is returned for repair or replacement. Delivery is required on or before September 30, 2026. Award is expected as a firm-fixed-price purchase order based on price reasonableness, with the Government intending to evaluate initial quotes.
