Description
The City of Bartlesville is requesting sealed bids for the purchase of plant-mix asphaltic concrete for bases and surfaces. Bidders must provide prices per ton for Type A (S-3), Type B (S-4), and Type C (S-5) mixtures, identify the mixing-plant location, and provide transportation costs if requested. The materials will be used for city projects and must comply with City Street Specifications Section 705; the City may also require compliance with Oklahoma Department of Transportation Section 708. Mixing plants must meet ASTM and AASHTO M 156 requirements, and current job-mix formulas must be furnished.
