Description
The United States Army requires an instrument capable of acquiring real-time data from multiple measurement modes simultaneously to analyze protein behavior. The instrument must provide reproducible results for different users, minimize running costs without proprietary consumables, and include software for experiment setup, data collection, and analysis. Filter cubes are also required. Automated experiments must collect fluorescence, absorbance, light scattering, and pH/conductivity data. Automated titration is required, with controllable temperature and mixing speed. The instrument should support experiments involving phase separation, protein interactions, protein aggregation, thermal stability, ion binding, and pH stability.
