Description
The City of West Hollywood is seeking qualified firms for one or both components of Round 2 of its Restaurant Grant Program: grant administration and restaurant-specific technical assistance. Grant administration includes program planning, marketing and outreach, application intake, eligibility and documentation review, applicant communications, coordination of required technical assistance, grant award processing and distribution, recordkeeping, reporting, and closeout. The program anticipates approximately 88 to 100 grants of up to $12,500 each, with grant funds expected to be distributed in March and April 2027. The technical assistance component includes individualized advising and at least four group workshops per month from January through March 2027, addressing financial management, operational efficiency, marketing, and long-term sustainability and resiliency. Services may be delivered virtually or in person, and English, Spanish, and Russian support is preferred. The Component 1 budget is not to exceed $259,000, and the separate Component 2 budget is not to exceed $50,000. Proposals must include firm qualifications, project staffing, up to three relevant projects and client references, a proposed approach and work plan, and a detailed cost proposal, submitted as a PDF through the designated online bidding portal.
