Description
The City of Hillsboro intends to seek an exemption from competitive sealed bidding for on-call water infrastructure construction services. If the draft findings supporting the exemption are approved, the City intends to issue a competitive Request for Proposals to select a pool of contractors and deliver the work through Job Order Contracting. This notice is about the proposed contracting process; it is not the RFP for the construction services.
