Description
The National Institutes of Health Clinical Center's Transfusion Services Laboratory requires a FY 2027 standing order for QuidelOrtho reagents and supplies used in patient and donor testing, blood-product testing, and blood-product manufacturing. The requirement includes blood-bank reagents, gel cards, antisera, quality-control kits, reagent red blood cells, diluents, and associated supplies. Products will be manufactured and shipped throughout the period of performance to maintain in-date inventory because certain reagents have short expiration dates. The notice is not a request for competitive quotations. The Government intends to procure from QuidelOrtho Sales Company, LLC, stating that the products are proprietary, validated as the laboratory's test of record, and unavailable through authorized third-party resellers or distributors. Other responsible sources may submit a capability statement demonstrating authorization and the ability to provide the complete requirement, including products compatible with the laboratory's validated testing processes. Responses must include company and UEI information, point of contact, business size and socioeconomic status, capability documentation, and evidence of product compatibility.
