Description
The selected organization will serve as State Campaign Manager for the State Employee Charitable Campaign (SECC), providing statewide campaign administration and management. Responsibilities include reviewing applications, training stakeholders, maintaining the SECC website, preparing committee materials, assisting state employees and local campaign managers, coordinating campaign services, and developing campaign materials and plans. The contractor must also prepare a proposed campaign budget and support the campaign’s annual operations and reporting. Respondents must meet the stated eligibility criteria as a qualifying charitable organization or federated community campaign organization. The proposal must include organizational experience and qualifications, a 2027 campaign plan and budget, required qualification documentation, and completed solicitation exhibits and the VetHUB Subcontracting Plan. The anticipated initial contract runs through February 28, 2029, with two optional two-year extensions.
