Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract with Hamilton Medical, Inc. for service and training for its Hamilton C6 ventilator platform. The contractor is to provide labor, travel, parts, materials, tools, software and licensing, and equipment for full-service maintenance and emergency repairs of 12 listed Hamilton C6 units running software version 3.0.3. The notice also invites firms that believe they can meet the requirements to submit capability information and customer references; it is not a request for competitive quotes.
