The Long Island State Veterans Home is seeking pricing for four custom vinyl pergolas in right-angular, trapezoidal, and pentagonal configurations for a facility courtyard project. Installation is excluded; delivery will occur in phases on an as-needed basis over the anticipated five-year project duration. Pricing must include applicable packaging, crating, and shipping, and materials must be in stock and ready to ship. Before fabrication, the contractor must submit detailed shop drawings for approval showing structural components, connections, and exact structural-column locations. Proposals must include fabrication and shipping lead times, United States manufacturing certification under the Build America, Buy America Act, and, for alternates, documentation demonstrating equal or superior compliance. Manufacturer data sheets, color charts, and product samples covering all parts and components must accompany the bid proposal.
