Description
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, through its Department of General Services, is issuing an Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) for contractors to sell used rental and lease vehicles. This includes sedans, SUVs, light and medium-duty pickup trucks, cargo and passenger vans, and box trucks. The goal is to provide these vehicles to Commonwealth agencies when it is more financially advantageous than purchasing new ones. To be considered, suppliers must register as a Procurement Vendor with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and create a user profile within the JAGGAER portal, as all proposals will be accepted electronically through this system. Contractors must have at least two years of experience in selling lease and used vehicles, and at least 51% of their primary business must be vehicle rentals and leasing. Contracts awarded from this ITQ will commence on March 1, 2026, and end on February 28, 2031, with no available renewals.
