Description
Cascade School District 422 is soliciting proposals for E-Rate-eligible Category One dedicated, fully managed, symmetrical Internet access at Cascade Jr-Sr High School. Vendors must provide pricing for bandwidth tiers from 300 Mbps through 1 Gbps in 100 Mbps increments, including eligible and ineligible cost allocations, monthly recurring charges, non-recurring charges, installation, special construction, taxes, and fees. The preferred solution is leased lit fiber or a functionally equivalent technology. The proposed service must include all equipment and services needed for an operational connection, including a managed router when required, installation, configuration, testing, activation, 24/7 network monitoring and technical support, and an enforceable service-level agreement addressing availability, latency, packet loss, jitter, repair and response times, escalation, maintenance, service credits, outage reporting, and performance reporting. Proposals must use the Internet Access Price Workbook and provide pricing for 36-month and 60-month terms, each with up to two optional one-year renewals. Installation and operation are required by July 1, 2027, unless an extension is approved by the FCC or USAC.
