St. Mary School is soliciting bids for internet access and data transmission service terminating at the school, with pricing requested for 500 Mbps, 750 Mbps, and 1 Gbps over three years. Pricing must include any Category One network equipment needed to ensure functionality and connectivity to the existing network. The requested equipment includes one Ubiquiti Dream Machine Pro Max firewall or equivalent with a five-year license, three UniFi WiFi 7 Pro 4x4 MU-MIMO wireless access points or equivalents, and two Ubiquiti XGHPOE 48-port switches or equivalents. Prices must include shipping, installation, labeling, and testing. The quantities purchased depend on school and E-Rate funding. No bids will be accepted after November 20, 2026.
