Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking quotations for 236 units of commercial seamless copper tube, each consisting of a 20-foot straight length. The specified material is plain round copper alloy in H58 temper, hard drawn, with a 0.500-inch nominal outside diameter and 0.035-inch nominal wall thickness, conforming to ASTM B280. The item is identified by NSN 4710-00-278-2216 and is subject to applicable DLA technical, quality, packaging, inspection, domestic-material, and marking requirements. Each length must be continuously marked every three feet with the producer's name or trademark, specification, composition or temper, size, contract number, NSN, seamless or welded designation, and heat or lot number when applicable. Metal certification contract data requirements apply. Delivery is required within 138 days after delivery order, FOB origin, with inspection and acceptance at origin; the stated required delivery date is January 25, 2027.
