The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center seeks 600 feet of 2-inch IPS copper-nickel 90-10 tubing with a 0.083-inch wall thickness, 2.375-inch outside diameter, seamless and annealed construction, 200 PSI rating, Type 1, 200 Class, and compliance with MIL-T-16420. The listed NSN is 4710-00-289-8006, with referenced part numbers 710200 and 140062 and CAGE codes 81349, 6R256, and 00945. Quotes must include unit price, line total, estimated delivery date, delivery and freight charges, and must meet FOB destination terms. Proposed substitutions require a specification sheet for compatibility review. The tubing must be delivered with an itemized packing list, military packaging, MIL-STD-129R marking and barcoding, and the purchase order number, NSN, vendor name, and part number marked on the exterior.
