Description
Davis County is requesting proposals for a cloud-based phone system to replace its existing Avaya system serving approximately 1,200 phones, including on-premises and remote users. The replacement should support the existing faxing, voicemail, and SMS-texting functions and provide the capabilities described in the scope of work. The current environment is on-premises in a virtualized infrastructure, with servers distributed across multiple County sites for redundancy and failover. The selected vendor must provide the replacement system by May 1, 2027. The solicitation identifies network gateway and PABX system commodity classifications.
