Description
The United States Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center requires an Original Equipment Manufacturer factory-trained and certified technician to service, inspect, test, troubleshoot, evaluate, and repair a HYDRO PV800 reverse osmosis machine, serial number 214S48. Work includes rebedding all pretreatment tanks, exchanging membranes and filters, disinfecting the storage tank, installing approved new replacement parts, repairing the variable-frequency drive, and performing troubleshooting and testing in accordance with OEM specifications and safety standards. The contractor must provide qualified personnel, tools, test equipment, travel, lodging, transportation, personal protective equipment, offsite testing and disposal of spent hazardous material, and a comprehensive written report with repair recommendations and a detailed follow-on repair quotation within three business days after the initial testing and inspection. All repairs must be performed by the OEM or an OEM-authorized repair facility. The initial onsite services must be completed by September 18, 2026; additional repairs require written authorization and a purchase-order modification.
