Description
The Village of East Troy is soliciting bids for construction of a new deep sandstone production well, Well No. 10. The work includes drilling, test pumping, and water quality sampling. Bidders must submit bid security equal to 10% of the maximum bid price, a General Statement of Contractor Qualifications, and the Village of East Troy Bidder's Proof of Responsibility. The project is expected to receive Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Safe Drinking Water Loan Program assistance and is subject to applicable state and federal requirements, including Davis-Bacon wage requirements, American Iron and Steel requirements, and Build America, Buy America Act requirements. Disadvantaged, women-owned, and minority-owned businesses are encouraged to bid, and bidders must demonstrate positive efforts to utilize disadvantaged business enterprises.
