Description
The City of Los Angeles is seeking quotations for specified concealed lamp-head camera equipment and accessories. The requested items include recessed mount adapters, test fixtures, lamp-head concealments with integrated modems and 10x zoom cameras, and fixed-camera lamp-head concealments with integrated modems. The RFQ identifies specific manufacturer part numbers and states that software is not included and must be purchased separately; no substitutions or alternative products are being considered. The quotation must be completed on the City’s forms and submitted electronically with the complete RFQ package, including all required forms, certifications, technical literature, and applicable business-program documents. The bidder must be an authorized distributor or dealer for the quoted manufacturer, and delivery is desired within 15 calendar days after receipt of the order. The City may purchase additional quantities at the quoted prices if the option is granted before September 15, 2027.
