Description
The Town of Welsh is soliciting sealed bids for construction of the Welsh Recreation Facility. Complete bidding documents are available in PDF format from Lewis Architecture, LLC. Bidders must be licensed under Louisiana law. The owner’s budget is $650,000. Bids must include bid security equal to 5% of the base bid and additive alternates, in the form of a certified or cashier’s check or a qualifying bid bond. The successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount, from a qualified surety licensed in Louisiana. A nonmandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for September 25, 2026, at the project site.
