Description
North Plains Connector LLC is conducting a Request for Information to identify suppliers able to provide equipment and materials compliant with the Build America, Buy America Act for development, design, procurement, and execution of a proposed approximately 420-mile transmission project. The project includes ±525 kV, 3 GW HVDC transmission infrastructure, converter stations, and associated 500 kV and 345 kV EHV AC transmission-line segments in Montana and North Dakota. Respondents must submit the Intent to Respond Form, Requested Information, and RFI Question Template. The RFI seeks self-certification letters and related supplier information; no pricing is requested and no contract award will result. Supporting attachments, if submitted or required, must be clearly labeled and referenced in the response forms. Respondents must also state whether they intend to use subcontractors or sub-vendors.
