Description
The Office for People With Developmental Disabilities is seeking a contractor to renovate the kitchen at Rush IRA. Work includes removing and disposing of existing cabinets, countertops, sink, and range hoods; salvaging and reinstalling the refrigerator, ranges, microwave, and dishwasher; and supplying and installing new range hoods, solid-wood cabinets, custom quartz countertops, a stainless-steel double-bowl sink, faucet, backsplash, and related moldings. The flooring and existing kitchen layout are to remain, and proposed cabinet and countertop layouts and backsplash materials require approval before demolition.
