Description
The California Governor's Office of Emergency Services is requesting janitorial services for approximately 1,950 square feet of office and shop/warehouse space at its Susanville facility. Services include weekly, biweekly, monthly, and quarterly cleaning; trash removal; restroom and paper-product replenishment; window and glass cleaning; carpet vacuuming and steam cleaning; floor scrubbing, waxing, buffing, and refinishing; dusting; and related building cleaning. The contractor must provide labor, materials, equipment, cleaning supplies, and consumables, perform services on Fridays beginning at 8:00 a.m. except state holidays, and comply with specified green-cleaning, security, recycling, employee-benefit, insurance, licensing, and janitorial-service bonding requirements. The opportunity is limited to California-certified small businesses, and subcontracting is not allowed. The agreement term is November 1, 2026, or upon required approval, through October 31, 2029. The quote must be submitted using Exhibit B-1.
