Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quotation for 50 each of a plastic, non-wood dimensional lumber product. The specified item is combined lumber containing high- and low-density polyethylene, with a smooth finish, occasional interior cavities, mission-brown color, and nominal dimensions of 4 inches wide by 4 inches thick by 10 feet long. The lumber is intended for uses including decking, docks, fencing, waste containers, and benches. The quotation is for supply and delivery within 20 days after award. Delivery is FOB origin, with destination inspection and acceptance. Packaging must comply with ASTM D3951, DLA packaging requirements, palletization requirements, and MIL-STD-129 marking and labeling requirements. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
