Description

The Colorado Department of Corrections, acting on behalf of Colorado Correctional Industries' Tag Plant, is soliciting bids for 650,000 units of 7-by-12-inch, 4-mil clear polyester overlaminate film with permanent adhesive, a translucent 54-pound glassine lay-flat liner, and three kiss cuts. The solicitation also requires 702,000 1-by-10-inch, 3-mil clear polyester reinforcement strips with permanent adhesive and a translucent 75-pound glassine lay-flat liner no greater than 92 pounds. Packaging, palletization, and all-inclusive firm pricing requirements apply. Bidders must provide 12 samples of each film variant at their own expense for testing and approval before award. Samples must match the specified designs, including the required holographic state-seal feature where applicable, and must be received by October 5, 2026. Quotes must include the completed Exhibits A through F, including the statement of work and bidder response, bidder information, W-9, price quote, outside-performance disclosure, and non-conflict-of-interest form. The award will consider price, sample quality, and delivery lead time; no quantities or dollar amounts are guaranteed.
