Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking 74 units of white, opaque, extruded polyethylene foam plastic sheets, each measuring 48 inches long by 48 inches wide by 3 inches thick. The item is identified by NSN 9330-01-185-2491 and manufacturer part number ETHAFOAM 220 from Sealed Air Corporation. The solicitation is not a small-business set-aside. The requirement is for supply and delivery, with delivery required within 160 days after acknowledgment of the delivery order. Quotations must comply with the stated domestic-material restrictions, packaging requirements, MIL-STD-129 marking requirements, inspection and acceptance requirements, and applicable DLA technical and quality provisions.
