Description
The City seeks one complete, single-sided synthetic monument entrance sign for Beauty Park. The sign must measure 50 inches wide by 92 inches high by 15 inches deep, use durable exterior-grade materials with a stucco-hardened finish, and include the park name, approved logo and graphics, and professionally installed 1/2-inch acrylic lettering. The contractor must submit shop drawings or a digital rendering for City approval before fabrication; the sign design, materials, lettering, colors, and installation method are subject to approval. The work includes site preparation, foundation or anchoring, installation, permits and applicable fees, and cleanup and debris removal. The contractor must provide a firm fixed price and complete the work within the timeframe established by the City after a purchase order or notice to proceed. A minimum one-year workmanship and installation warranty is required, with manufacturer warranties passed through to the City. The quote must include the completed quote submittal form; the vendor profile survey is also required, and the notarized affidavit is required only when claiming the Miramar-resident business preference. Current insurance certificates are requested with the response, with required certificates also due to the City's Risk Manager before work begins.
