Description
The Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) is soliciting proposals for a Professional Services Agreement. The contractor will provide services as defined in the Scope of Services/Statement of Work, including deliverables such as reports, data, and studies. The contract includes compliance with Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act, requiring economic opportunities for low-income persons. The term is an initial two years with three one-year options. The contractor must maintain specified insurance coverages and comply with CHA's ethics policy.
